A hyperacute parenchymal hematoma in the pons extending mildly into bilateral brachium points with mild sarrounding edema and mil compression of the 4th ventricle

I had a stroke in 2009 and had recovered from it completely.I am doing all the day to day work normally and I am in medication.what are the chance of second stroke and how to prevent it.

Yet the swelling is not cure in brain veins fits are occuring in two month once body is also parylised right side partly
