Slip disc issue
I have slip disc from last 4 yr but when I do some physical work then my back starts paining and I don't feel comfortable while standing also

Do not lift weights. Sleep on Orthopaedic Mattress. Do not use Pillow. Do not bend. Stop activity that increase pain. No exercise. Rest for 5 days if possible. For Medicines protocol, you need to consult in private  due to legal issues of privacy
