Brain and Spine Problems

Dear sir. I am suffering from chronic leg pains since 40 days. I am unable to walk. Right leg is giving more pain. I have consulted a neuro physician. Recently i was tested by MRI in that Disc bulge in L4-L5 and L3-L4. Here am attaching report. Please tell me the right treatment. Was the problem diagnoised correctly? I am worrying about this. I have to walk... i have to run as early as possible sir. Please solve my problem sir.

I'm an avid fan of wieghtlifting. Last May, I bent over for stretching and then a sudden sharp pain hit my lower back. It went away after several weeks but not 100%. Then just yesterday when I'm performing deadlift, the pain hit again, only this time it's worse. Sitting, lying down, getting up, bending over, walking. Basically every move I can feel the pain. I'm wondering if it's serious or not. I rate the pain 7/10. I can still move normally. But it hurts a lot. The pain is exclusive on lower back area.

Hi, My mother is facing constant headache since a week and it is quite severe. She feels better whenever she eats some pain killer, but after sometime it repeats again. I am not sure what to do in such case. Please suggest.

I am 22 yr old male weighing 85 kg and 184 cm tall. I am experiencing heavy eyes and tired body but visibility is 100% and sometimes pain in my parts of head and shoulder and today I experienced a sudden chill and panic , I had taken a ncct head and neck x-ray which came out okay , yesterday I went to see a ent doctor becoz of ear pain but he said it is all good , I am really scared after today's experience as I felt sudden chill and lightly dizzy .. also there is twitching like feeling in my arm. Pls help me !!

Hi, My brother is in Final year B.tech. He is going through depression(I may call it that). He recently faced a breakup after 4 years of serious relationship. The girl however didn’t gave him breakup in one go instead it was a torture period of 3 months, with on and off. Meanwhile he did every possible thing to make the girl stay. He used to think about her 24*7 and due to which he is not able to get over that situation.He doesn’t sleep well, even if he sleep he has dreams in which he remember all the good memories with her. My brother is now not able to move on with his life, he feels like cutting off from friends. He avoid social contact. He speaks things like "i wont marry, my life has ended, i dont want to come out of this phase, how can she be happy while i am not, i feel like taking revenge, i wont be living here since i have so many memories with her, what will happen to my life". He doesnt eat much, he cries a lot. What should we as family do to make him normal ?

This has happened 2-3 times..she get unconcious immediately..and she didnt know wat is happening to her..She has got unconcious 2-3 earlier also...she says ki usse pta ni lgta ki wo faint ho jaegi ek dum se..1st she says chakar aa rahe hai and then she get unconcious

I got headache to half portion of my head , once in a fortnight or in a month from last 7/8 years. Which lasts for 2 3 days.. if not medicated. shifts right or left during this 3 days. 3 yeas back i have done mri but it shown everything normal. My dr (general physician - BAMS ) advised me to take Tab Napra D 250 sos. And it works. My concern.. Only I am having doubt that if is having any Adverse effect on kidney or other part. Is it safe to take tabs. Is it a type of migraine...? Will any complication could arise in future? What can cure it completely?

Hi my doctor advices me for MRI of c spine. I got 2 different quotation from 2 MRI centre. One is 10k n another 5 k what should I choose. Will 10 k offer better service and hence better diagnostic which help doctor or both results same and I should opt for 5 k . Thanks.
