Disc Problem-lumber spine
Sir, i am 27 Yrs old male, having problem of disc bulge and disc herniation for last 9-10 months..and am doing treatment fr the same from begining but no permanent relief has been provided by any doctor. Request you to kindly advice about how to treat this permanently as am facing tough problem in amsitting for more than 10-15 mins. Please help. Is it curable by medicine (i dun think so as i am doing this from last 9-10 months) or it need to b operated??

Kindly send ur MRI or x-rays of spine....it is treatable by medicines and physiotherapy if compression is acceptable...I can guide u better if u could share ur reports
