MRI: NO SIGNIFICANT BRAIN PARENCHYMAL/STRUCTURAL ABNORMALITY IS SEEN.
Neurologically dull,drowsy,cofused,irritable,low verbal output,normal cranial nerve,normal pupilary reaction,tone-normal,power-moving all 4 limbs, DTR+in all 4 limbs with planters equivocal bilaterally with normal sensory and cerebellar system examination.
EEG: S/O Generalized fast beta activity.
Patient was managed witg I/V fluid,steroid,antiviral,AED,tab. Calcirest max,PPI,multivitamin,and supportive medication were given.
No evidence of acute infarct in diffusion weighted images/ADC MAPS.
No evidence of neuroparenchymal hemorrhage or ICSOL. No abnormal parenchymal or leptomeningeal enhancement is seen. No significant brain parenchymal/structural ABNORMALITY is seen. Brain stem& both cerebellar hemisphere are unremarkable. No asymmetry seen. no slow wace ABNORMALITY seen. No foacal/generalized epileptiform discharges seen. Background rythm shows Generalized fast beta activity. Brain mapping has also been done
