Brain and Spine Problems

Spot in right part of brain, cant speak properly, right hand and leg have seizures. Cant lift right leg,

I have been done CT scan when i was 16 and doctor figured out i had worm in my brain and i should take Eption 100 mg for 4 taking 3 doses of eption everyday. Now after 8 years my doctor is saying the brain worm is dead but recently i got fainted and my hands were shaking during my sleep even i bite my tongue. so sir i want to know what should i do

I have been having runny nose and headache for one weak. For two days i have severe dry cough and wheezing. Now i have a slight fever too. I am a smoker.
