Brain and Spine Problems

It's continuing paining from 1 week dont know what happened but in between of a week 2 or 3 days she was getting as a didiness But know from morning onwards continually paining

Zero movement in right hand , partial limb movement in leg. Sugar 207 pre food, bp 144/86. Word recognition issue.

New born(50 days age on today) male child getting epilepsy frequently due to brain immature. MRI scans reported 'AREAS OF PACHYGYRIA INVOLVING FRONTAL AND TEMPORAL LOBES' requesting suggestion/medicine for controlling problem.
