Brain and Spine Problems

My father is 62 and is suffering from dizziness, occasional nausea and vomiting from past 10-12 days. Little dizziness is felt almost daily.. Sometimes it is more. BP and sugar is normal. Brain MRI shows small old lacunar infarct and mild cerebral atrophy but no evidence of acute infarct, bleed or sol. Had visited doctor a week back and he is under medication. But still he is not feeling well. Not sure of exact cause and diagnosis. Please suggest what could be the cause and further course of action. Thanks in advance.

I've been suffering from backpain for the past 1 year. X-rays & scan revealed a disc bulge near the L5-S1 area. Need treatment for this.

My sister age 21 she will drop from stairs on 24th of may she had injury in brain On 25th of ct scan doctors says that she is recovering. But on 2nd of June ct scan doctor says that she had swelling in brain Pl.suggest She had very pain full pain in head Pl.suggest

I have been having frequent sharp headaches behind my head (it feels as though it's from the inside and the nerve of vein is being hurt) . It generally last for a few seconds and occurs infrequently. I feel a pressure in my head towards the back of left ear when I lie down and mostly get a stiff muscle to the left of my spine below the neck.

Have been feeling a strong headache for 4 days now. It is moving from top to back of head to upper neck. Sometimes get jolts of excruciating pain. Coughing and sneezing increases the headache. Have been on Arden 650. Not much cold. Phelgm is clear in colour. Nose is not very blocked. Have tried steam inhalation with Karvol, didn't help much except relief for a while. Requesting diagnosis of the problem.
