Brain and Spine Problems

Meningioma brain tumor operated on 1st june 2017 but problem started on june 13th withe fever then after 3 days a boil near suture area and continue discharge pus from 3days frequently

I am having constant headaches and at times it becomes very severe that it becomes difficult to open my eyes. From past two days the right side of my head and eye is in pain and I have mild fever and throat pain . I have taken paracetamol 650 mg and the fever still exists with little relief in body pain but the headache is still there

My Dad's Right hand(thumb/fingers) sometimes start shivering suddenly ,We have Taken MRI which results are Normal and mentioned mild Cerebral atrophy the doctor said it is normal and gave some medicines which didn't benefit much,we tried many MD(neurosurgeons) also ...Is it possible to stop this shivering through any therapy ?
