Brain and Spine Problems

I m taking  medicine epigold XR-500 more than 4 years but  still there is no improvement & I am facing extremely hard headache since few weeks.. after finishing my course of 3 years...when I stopped taking my medicines for just a week I faced the same problem of mouth bleeding again.. and when mouth bleeding occurs I felt that somebody has squeezed my brain... I have given an citiscan​  few months earlier and there was no improvement...and now it's been a week that I am facing this headache again

In Feb 17 I had fallen from chair due to which I had compression fracture in my L2spine, The CT and MRI report showed fracture,  soft tissue , straightness  and weaker spine . My reports of vitamin D are 13.26 and B12 is 154 which are below the desired level as per report. I had taken bed rest for 1.5 month with a strong dose of antibiotic  and pain killer but even today I m having a slight pain and at night when I sleep the pain increases , this pain goes as soon I mobilese in morning. My CT guided biopsy Reports are negative. Plz guide me as what to do, I was doing some exercise  to keep fitness  now  I m not able to perform my day to day exercise , activities and office work (My office work is a sitting job) due to which my body weight had increases by 8kgs Even I am not able to walk freely

She was stable and bed ridden from 6 months but on 2 June she again got a high bp attack and was hospitalised. Now she is getting high bp and restlessness in every ,10 min despite of giving medicines

Whats problem i am confuse my back pain not treated whats reason of back pain i treated last 2 month

The pain starts from back side of head and.it spreds through out the head .mean while the pain spreds to top to the shouldrs and below the head at back side

I never had any history of headache untill 30. From past 9 months, I am experiencing pain in entire hemisphere of skull. This happens only when I laugh a lot (continuously) or if I cough consecutively ( in 3rd or 4th iteration). The pain triggers with either of actions stated above and subsides within couple of minutes once I stop caughing or laughing. I was diagnosed with cynus in 2014 but did not encounter any issues (besides loud snoring). What could be probable cause for it? Will consulting a general physician work or do I need to visit a specialist?

Female 39 yrs a headache around two lateral parts for 2 days also severe neck pain extremely painful .previous medical history of a migraine,spondylitis

Headache from nearly 1 week. Sometimes in right some times in left side of my head. Some times the pain is in the whole head.

I hv headache on either side in 7 to 10 days with vomiting and eye pain on same side of headache.untolerable

Suffering with sever migraine attack pls help by suggesting a good Dr. What treatment should I take.
