If I bend my head or work more on computer, head will shake. unable to travel on a flight. Unable to travel even in a bus for a long time.and unable to . B.P. is 135/85.. unable to lift weights even small.

My right foot big toe started to become numb one day after removing my foot from shoe .when I bend my big toe I felt like some nerve is moving but I had reduced gradually however the numbness of my big toe hasn't reduced .x ray of big toe is normal and my orthopedist told there is nothing wrong related to bones.uric acid test is also normal.what's the problem.
