Brain and Spine Problems

My mother aged 59 has recurrent attacks of headache and mild congnitive impairment. CT brain impressions: No acute brain insult is noted Empty sella, for correlation with fundoscopy exam, to exclude the possibility of idiopathic increased intracranial pressure Elongation of bilateral styloid process, ? Eagle syndrome

MRI done in April 2017 Low Back Pain since 10 years MRI Report Findings Marked osteophytic changes with end plate changes seen involving lumbar vertebral bodies -Sl spondylosis Disc with annular disc at L5-S1 level causing over thecal sac and narrowing of lateral lateral recess neural foramina.Mild annular disc bulge seen at L3-4 and L4-5 level causing indentation over thecal sac.Marrow signal intensities are preserved Posterior elements and facet joints appear to be normal.Pre and Paravertebral regions are normal.Visualized spinal cord is normal in morphology and signal intensity.

Well defined irregular serpigenious hypointense(T1W1 and T2W1) lesion measuring 2.5*1.5cm noted in the left high parietal lobe no perilesional edema noted

She has headache from many days it stops for some days and again continuesany times she has to take painkiller tablets

I've been having a severe backache , worst situation at the time of sleeping, sometimes not able to stand properly. Last year I consulted to doctor and he advised me to go for physiotherapy.

M 32 years old health women..i don't hv any diseases like blood preser & sugar..last one day I feel the back & left side  brain burning ....nt every tym Sometym I feel so can I go for check up. Plz suggest thanks. ..

Loss of normal Central t2 hyperintensities noted at c2_c6 level disc desication changes. There is mild diffuse noted at c4_c5 and c5-c6 indenting on anterior thecal sac and narrowing bilateral neuronal foramina with no nerve root compression

SIR, I HAVE HAEDACHE FOR 5 YEARS ..NEXT YEAR I GOT SPECTS ITS DOES NOT WORK.HALF HAEDACHE,RIGHT SIDE .EYE IS PAIN .WATER IS COMES DOWN WITH RIGHT SIDE OF EYE,MORNING 8AM STSRTS.AFTER 2 HOURS CALM DOWN AND EVENING 5 TO 7PM .MORNING 12 PM TO 2 PM. DAILY SO THI SI MY PROBLEM

I suffered Road Traffic Accident on 3rd May 2017. While riding on motorcycle at speed of 60 kmph, I was hit by a high speed car from behind. Feel pain only in left side of neck whenever I rotate neck in either direction or I bend head upward. Feel tingling in whole body. Left hand shake slightly even I am not holding any weight.
