Brain and Spine Problems

I have been mixing up words when I speak (usually TID q day), I have a pulsating noise in both ears, mild vision changes. Recent non contrast CT brain was negative.

Extreme headache, numbness in left part of body, pain from neck towards head. Happened 4days ago, still in pain,but not that much. Neurologist prof. Fee and test/procedure costs to be taken.

I am having a lump over both the left and right side of my occipital bone. It's hard and doesn't move. I am also having a fever. This is all from 2-3 days. I feel pain when I move my neck backwards due to these lumps. Please help.

I was having Siezures 4th time in 10 months.. I consulted a neurologist and she got an MRI ( Contrast) and an EEG done. EEG report is ok but the MRI said TUBERCULOMAS. Now my doctor had a doubt that this is NCC OR TOBERCULOMAS. We are very tensed and want some help in this case.

Hi about three weeks ago. I had what presented as a Stroke. Right side numb and not about to use. My father aged 73 years has previously had a minor stroke around a year back.He also has BP. My vitamin b12 range is 335 I am having all the symptoms of deficiency of b12 . Is it normal or I need more test

Subtle oval hyperdesity is noted. Size 30*27 mm in left corona radiate as per CT scan report of my father aged 81 yrs having diabetes and BP problem. No evidence of any edematous changes in the surrounding pareñchyma. On post contrast study, it shows minimal enhancement.
