I have suffering with epilepsy at night time while sleep,that time happens biting of tongue ,muscle pains

I am suffering from Tingling sensation in my leg due to spondylolesthesis in L4-L5 for which my doctor has prescribed disperzyme tablets. Is this relevant for my problem.
