Head ache left side since 3 weeks. Not taken any treatment so for not have eye sight problem having exam in engineering this month

My kid who is 19 months was fallen down from the five feet height wall on his back and we assume that when he fallen his head touches to the floor little hardly but there is no bump on the head at any where and he is playing as usual so do i need to go for any further check up. Please suggest if need to which specialist i have to show my kid.

X-RAY LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE AP AND LATERAL VIEW Everything came normal in above X-RAY report, EXCEPT below findings. There is loss of lumbar lordosis. L5S1 mild disc space reduction noted. CONCL. L5S1 mild disc space reduction with spasm . Can you explain me the treatment ? Is it something serious issue or small issue? What precautions i need?

I had hematoma surgery in march 2016 I recovered a lot but still have headache problem n feel dizzy n uncontious some time ,faced seviour hiccups problem also which lasted for 10 days, i am on regular medicines taking levipil 750mg twice a day but still not better need further advice
