Respected madam,                               Have read your comments, from what you have written it seems there could be some conditions associated with the above symptoms. Some of them I am listing below-- 1.Thyroid dysfunction 2.Low haemoglobin levels. 3.Female Hormonal imbalance (hot flushes in medical language due to oestrogen imbalance). 4.Cardiac dysfunction. Hope I answered your query Thanks and wish you a healthy life.
Next Steps
So for proper guidance would advice to take opinion and consultation from a general physician and do the necessary test as per his advice. There is no need to panic,as treatment are available for all these conditions.
Health Tips
Some lifestyle modification can also be helpful such as decreasing salt intake, reducing oil in diet, morning walks, intake of vitamin E supplement and also soyabean flour and chunks can have a beneficial effect on oestrogen hormone levels.
