Brain and Spine Problems

Hello sir, my son is not using right hand and right leg from the birth onwards. He always uses only left hand and left leg, he just sometimes use right side. He cant even hold things with right hand. I want to know what is the problem with him?

While sleeping yesterday I felt a sensation of back head pain. It was not very painful but when I woke up in the morning I felt restless I couldn't wake up because this sensation had increased. If I shake my head I can feel the pain at the lower back of my head. Is this Occipital Neuralgia? What can I do because when I walk I can feel that pain and so it's making me to sleep on the bed only.

Mild paralysis stroke on brain, blood clot in brain to eye nerve I'm using medicine for EPILIVE morning and evening,afternoonHOMIN,CLOPILET A150,night,STATOR 40 any suggestions

My baby have birth hypoxia his medecine  gardinal pirament and frisium 5 are running he is one and half year old but he is not able to sit nd stand by itself. He is milestone delayed can any doctor tell me accurately that when he will start sitting and walking.

She meet with an accident yesterday. After 4 hours of accident she vomits once. Next day at the time of brushing teeth vomits once. We have scanned her brain. It found that her brain little internal brain swelling. I have uploaded the scanned report. One Doctor says to admit for a day. Another doctor saying not to admit only give her medicines as prescribed. What to do please suggest. Thanks in advance.
