My migraine pain is increasing day by day, the pain is unbearable.i am an employee in 24*7 project.so i have to support business any time. please help.

Hi, I am getting dizzyness every now and then when i step into a polished surface. Consulted a neurologist and took Betavert 16mg for two weeks.. But unfortunately my giddiness dint get rid of me. May i know what my problem is. Thanks.

She has been suffering from vertigo and tinnitus for more then 10 days and after that day before yesterday we had her MRI and in that we came to know she had " A Vascular loop of right AICA is seen traversing approximately 50% right internal auditory canal."
