Brain and Spine Problems

I have suffering from the desease called pilonidal sinus. At the first time it was so painful so i went to see physician who took the puss out of it and i felt relief and then i ignored it until today. Its been happening to me every 3-4th month but still i didnt care. Now again it started paining at the bottom of my spine. Pls advise what to do next.should i be worried about it? I had migraine issue previously but it was cured by ayurveda now again it arises, I am having severe headache on right side of brain(skull) and neck. Took the medicine as pan40 and paramet but no rest. Previously used to head pain on left side but now it's on right side.

I had gone under a Mri in which we found that l have reversal spinal curvature. So to whom I should consult my problem. Orthopedic doctor or neurologist .

48 years old lady,working as a teacher, has migrain,busy and 4hrs standing. There is swelling in feet and ancle since few years ,also knee pain.

I have constant headaches for quite some time now. I am not able to sleep properly at night due to some family problems. I got my eyes checked and the power hasn't changed at all. So my headache has definitely to with my insomnia or something else. What shall I do?

I have had a weird rippling sensation in my brain behind my right eye and above the ear in that area. It never just happens once and occurs maybe around 5-10 times. When it begins I feel a pressure which ends up with me instinctively having to close my eye. After I've closed my eye the feeling happens it only happens for around 2 seconds but it isn't just one feeling it is like multiple pulse ripples in just one of the sensations. It doesn't hurt but it's weird and causes my head to shake. Is this natural could it potentially be just a lack of blood flow or my brains response to the light or something like that. I haven't been to the doctors in years and I don't want to waste there time with something as mild as maybe a headache or something. It doesn't feel like a headache or migraine it lasts for like 2 seconds and I'll be fine then 2 minutes later it will repeat. I'm only worried because it's a feeling in the brain.

Hi , past 8 to 9 month I am having strain/pain at spin and skull causing sever headache. I will have sever headache and after consultation with doctor and MRI , doctor concluded it as cervical migraine. Doctor has put me on treatment with medicine named as "sibelium". I explored about this pill on internet and could conclude that it's for migraine. I need expert advice here and which is - that, when I was 22 years old I suffered with depression and had to go to psychiatric and who kept me on Toframine along with Syziral. I was going through sever fear, insecurity and phobia during that time phase and these medicine helped me to get ride of that. I tried quiting these pills but that fear still compell me to continue these medicine. Would anyone advise me if I should countinu with sibelium under these circumstances or not ?
