Back injury and MIR report

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Hi, i had a fall down stairs. MIR and CT show anterior superior limbus lesion L5 and possible collapse following fall. Intervertebral disk L4-L5 is mildly retropulsed and abutting thecal sac. I've been told arthritis but please help me to understand the report
