Brain and Spine Problems

My dad had brain hemmorage 6 months back And recently his MRI was done in which a mild mass in left lateral margin of medulla is diagnosed with no edema Is it something serious ? Doctor said its not issue but what is diagnosed and what would b its effects

Hi sir Some time ago I was suffering from highbp and was little headache, so I did MRI ,it was normal, Now from few days when I speak to someone very fast or some problm occur , my right side body part feel like numb some time , face hand and leg, little speech problm . After some time it get ok, when I relax I felt nothing . I am little scare ,should I go through any test, my MRI is ok. I dnt feel any thing else . Pls help.

I have been experiencing headache and blackout during exercise. Sometimes I also feel mild neck pain. Is this related to cervical spondylosis

I've got regular backache from last 2 - 3 months with particular pain at lower back and it goes to 1 part of leg also many times, heating pads were minimal relief but need proper therapy or med.
