Got hit on left side of head due to accident. Had concussion. Beside vertigo problem, slight head pain. Do I need to take a scan

Hello.. Well yes definitely you need to undergo the scan..i would suggest you to meet  a neurologist about it... please meet a doctor in person...I also need to know about the symptoms you are facing...hope you understand...thank you
