Brain and Spine Problems

Hi , my son had theathor cord sugery at 2 month, during the procedure there was a mistake by anastetia doc and that causes the brain injury. After 5 months he is getting seizues and spasams .. now he is 16 months, tried kepra, predinciline, valprioc but no use . Please suggest any other

I have been mixing up words when I speak (usually TID q day), I have a pulsating noise in both ears, mild vision changes. Recent non contrast CT brain was negative.

My vitamin b12 range is 335 I am having all the symptoms of deficiency of b12 . Is it normal or I need more test

Subtle oval hyperdesity is noted. Size 30*27 mm in left corona radiate as per CT scan report of my father aged 81 yrs having diabetes and BP problem. No evidence of any edematous changes in the surrounding pareñchyma. On post contrast study, it shows minimal enhancement.
