Poor bowel prepartion Loss of lumbar lordosis?muscle spasm Vertebral bodies appear normal Prevertebral space is normal Intervertebral disc spaces are normal Psoas shadows are normal Now tell me what is my problem and what can I do now?

Stabbing, burning, needle prick sensation in left thigh region with stiffness..h/o vertebropladty and laminectomy 8 yrs back..grade 4 power in left leg..

I've been having a continuous head ache since 6months.headache is severe .there is irritation . I consultanted a doctor near my town.there is more inconvenience due to head ache.doctors say that this is a migrane headache. How to get out of this. due to this pain I am getting fever

My Father 63 years had brain stroke on 6th & 7th June 17, doctor identified "Accute left MCA territory with Bilateral ICA severe stenosis", (Left >Right), & told that my father both arteries are blocked but right one is partially blocked and can do stenting, but suddenly doctor told he cant do stenting since it may bleed while stenting , so currently he has given tablets only and asked us to revisit after 3 months for stenting if everything is fine, there is no speech, there is no movement in right hand & leg & bedridden, please help me how to proceed further for treatment & early recovery - whether to continue Allopathyic or to go for Ayurvedic?

I am 17 years boy.I have been sufering from lower back pain form 1 years. I am feel pain in lower back and left sacrum which goes down to my left leg. I also feel pain in my knees. I can't bend down little bit,it hurts. I even can't sit on simple pit latrine. I dificultly can walk stairs. I even can't sleep on my back. I feel tingling pain on hips

Hey doctor ! My father is 53 yrs old . He has a long medical story . To begin with , in may 2012 he suffered from back pain followed by a slip disc further followed by a spinal operation done by a neurologist in october 2012 in which he lost his foot sensation as well as hips and urinary sensation . After that he suffers from aggressive pricking pain in his that foot only ( which occurs once in 2 months ) . Once , while he was suffering from this , we applied volini and after that we put hot water pad on that foot due to which a portion of his foot got burnt and he had an operation for that . But he still suffers from that pricking pain from time to time ( which is paresthesia according to what I read online ) . He also had MRI of his foot but it had nothing in it. He also suffers from diabetes and is also overweight . What should we do to get his sensation back?

Due to spinal tb. My disk L2 get compressed. I have completed 12 months tb course. Even still taking medicines of T.B. The problem is that my back pain as it is. As per doctors, i can not be 100% cure in my life. Pain will be whole life there is no solution. Only exercise can help me to reduce the pain. Please help me and suggest me is it true??
