Brain and Spine Problems

Sir /Madam as my wife was expecting a baby in 7.5 month her one of his legs started paining and he was feeling nervous problem he could not even walk with his legs 10 steps even after delivery he is feeling immence pain in one of his legs 1 month after delivery problem persist and he could walk with limping and also could not sit in Indian toilets

Kindly help us what exact problem was is it cure for medication or surgery is required. Please find the attached ct scan report for your reference.

My mother get headaches twice or thrice a month .These headaches are not usual pains but she feel pain in one part of her brain ...sometimes(1) she feels pain in forehead (2)sometimes in the right half and (3)sometimes in the other half . She has noticed when she come under immense hotty weather or cold weather she get headaches.. whenever she is on fasting for a long time say 1 day then she get headaches.. Can you please tell me what is the probable reason for this headache .
