Brain and Spine Problems

I m suffering from severe headache from last 2 weeks even after consulting the local doctor I m not getting cure from it and I even get stretch in mg neck and also paid in my left side of body

I have headache from last 4 days. Suffering this from 3 years but don't get reason. Behind this last year I had CT scan and report is normal.i am unable to understand what's the problem.please help me

Can Parkinson's be ruled out as a diagnosis based off of a non-contrast MRI? I am a young adult with tremors in my right hand... among other problems. I take Sinemet, and it controls the tremor. My neurologist said that she doesn't believe it's YOPD because my MRI was normal. Should I bother getting a second opinion?

So two nights ago I tripped and hit my forehead pretty hard on a thick wooden door. I didn't lose consciousness and I remember the incident so no loss of memory or anything. I have been having constant headache from one week.. if I took tablet then it will be ok for that day. next day again repeats. On the left side nervous are Soo paining. Please advice me what to do.
