Brain and Spine Problems

I have had severe head pain, muscle weakness, diziness, feeling faint, chest pain, pain in neck and spine, frequent UTI, abdominal pain, heart palutations, pins and needle picks throughout body, tingling in feet and legs, hazy vision, confision, extream fatigue.

I am having headache.Head ache occurs usually in front of head,sometimes back.I always have a dull feeling in head.Sometimes feels like head is spinning.

My father is having almost no sensation or very less sensation in both legs below feet. While he walks he is having almost no control over walking. He feels like he is walking on some mattress. Also his eye vision has also reduced to 20%. Doctor has done some laser therapy to dissolve blood coot but they are saying that eye nerves have been damaged

Having stress & vitamin tablets (for vertigo) for past two months, and i am fine , recently started exercise. But daily after exercise my brain is feeling slight vertigo. Why so??

When iam moving my left hand some times my nerve was vibrating like electrical shock at place of axillary the problem since a 3 months is there any problem if yes please suggest me what i will do Thank you

Constant headache in some points of brain from last two days.I am getting relief for sometime after having medicine and then it again get started.

Having regular headache while walking. sometimes headache in morning also. Consulted physician and he told there is no issue and gave normal medicines but its not cured completely.

Dr. i m having pain at the back of my neck and its at regular intervals which is very uncomfortable to sit straight please suggest some excercise for it thank you regards
