Brain and Spine Problems

Mostly have burning and tingling sensation in feet and left leg always hurts. Having shooting pain in left leg almost evryday

I got surgery for Spinal Stenosis back in April and was recovering well (other then my nerves) . I was recently in a small fender bender and starting going down hill recovery wise. Got MRI, everything is fine, but Im back to feeling the way before the surgery. No one knows whats wrong. Please help.
