Brain and Spine Problems

I have head ache every day morning during wake up. Behind the eyes and feeling slight dizziness.I had taken X-ray and doctors told I have active sinutisis.

My friend was suffering from epilepsy approx 4 - 5 years before. He took proper treatment and medication for the same. Then he stopped taking medicines. After certain years today he got an epilepsy attack. What can be done for the same at the time of attack and after wards. Any precautions. And what are the symptoms.

I get headaches very often 2-3 times a month. Sometimes it's when I start hungry for a while and sometimes when I stay in sun for long. I have a condition in my left eye called retrobulbar neuritis of left eye, which may be contributing towards the headache. It's been 2 years since the eye condition developed. But even before the condition I used to get headaches once in month or so.

Hello doctor!! since the day i have encountered a dizziness while playing football, i have minor headaches,little pressure on my forehead and head nerves are like pricking and tickling sometimes...i use laptop for 6 hrs daily... do i have a eye strain or aniety stress due to which i face the above mentioned situations? also mild headacheness..

Tingling sensation has been started in my both lower legs 2 days back,not associated with pain,numbness,weakness.

I was having double vision and eye alignment problem during april then i consulted to a neurologist and taken omnacortil in the month of may..after stopping steroids i constatly faced problem of headace then took medicines of muscle strech and stress..now i am taking multi vitamins prescribed by doctor..currently i am facing problem of swelling..
