Brain and Spine Problems

I can't remember when its starts, I thinks its affected me gradually with a period of 6-7 months. Its affected by thinking, So initially I think it was any psychological problem and consulted Psychiatrist and they said its been of depression and they suggested some anti-depression. But now the pain in head increased.

When I'm tired or on journeys. In getting a mild headache at back of my head just about the neck and middle of the head

My father (64yrs.) is suffering from low back ache n leg pain. Its so painful while sitting.We have consult with neurophysian n got MRI done which is showing spinal cord dessication n slight compression in nerve. Taking these medicines 1. Tablate etoricoxin,cap. Pantogen, tab progablin+methyl coniam. now feeling swelling on face. What can be reason

The last operation held in 2006 ,in that the doctor by mistakenly cutted the urine cover . So she has urine problem also . Now the major problem is her spin and joints . She is unable to take side turns on bed and if sneeze comes then its the unbareable pain occurs in ribs  . So please suggest some remedy for spin .
