Brain and Spine Problems

Before 8 months he has a stroke in brain n now continuing medicine and improving slowly. Suddenly today evening he is unable to talk anything. Then after 1 or 2 hour he ate some food n now he is now able to speak again but not fluently. What may the reason n solution.

Dear sir, One of my cousin brother suffering from subacute sclerosing panencephalitis for past 1month. Actually the name of the disease known from SIMS Bangalore. Other Dr's from Fortis Malar, Apollo, etc, doesn't have any idea about the desease. Also SIMS Dr gave him only one year dead line. Really lost our hope. Kindly suggest.. Thanks Vivek

Hey I was recently shot in arm and have nerve damage. The pain is very unbearable there is this shocking pain, numbness, burning and thobing. The doctors gave hydrocodone and Ibuprofen Its not working. I can't do anything without being in pain.

My brain MRI report is"few flair hyper intense foci at brain. Chronic ischaemic foci." Is it very serious? I have an injury on left side of head some 7 yrs back that time CT scan report shows nothing. Now I have huge pain on left side of my head. Kindly advise me. my doctor prescribe it is due to migraine.

Touching the left side of my forehead results in a sharp shooting pain. The pain is no more than 1 inch long and only pains while I touch it.
