Brain and Spine Problems

I have sphenoid wing meningioma.and it effects my right eye vision.right eye colour vision is defective.what should i do plz suggest me.is there no other option open unless surgery?i have no other symptoms found except blurring vision in the right eye &right eye pupil is quite larger than the left one.

My Father is affected by Spontaneous Right Capsuloganglionic hemorrhage and systematic hyper tension.

I often have neck pain in the inside for a very long time,which I don't know the obvious reason for it, I'd like to know what causes the neck pain

My father fell down and had head injury with blood coming out of right ear.we have done ct.and report says there is acute subdural haematoma. But here a neuro said the clot is small and discharged him. Now there is no more problem except that he is having continuous headaches in forehead region. And sometimes the headache is severe

My Scanning and MRI Report : 1. Chronic lacuna rinferct in the right gangliocapsular region. 2. Chronic white matter ischemic changes with early atrophic changes.

Please suggest me precautions to be taken as I am diagnosed to be having arachnoiditis. Also, the doctor has advised to get the CSF test done to know the reason behind it,will it be harmful for me or not.

I m taking  medicine epigold XR-500 more than 4 years but  still there is no improvement & I am facing extremely hard headache since few weeks.. after finishing my course of 3 years...when I stopped taking my medicines for just a week I faced the same problem of mouth bleeding again.. and when mouth bleeding occurs I felt that somebody has squeezed my brain... I have given an citiscan​  few months earlier and there was no improvement...and now it's been a week that I am facing this headache again

In Feb 17 I had fallen from chair due to which I had compression fracture in my L2spine, The CT and MRI report showed fracture,  soft tissue , straightness  and weaker spine . My reports of vitamin D are 13.26 and B12 is 154 which are below the desired level as per report. I had taken bed rest for 1.5 month with a strong dose of antibiotic  and pain killer but even today I m having a slight pain and at night when I sleep the pain increases , this pain goes as soon I mobilese in morning. My CT guided biopsy Reports are negative. Plz guide me as what to do, I was doing some exercise  to keep fitness  now  I m not able to perform my day to day exercise , activities and office work (My office work is a sitting job) due to which my body weight had increases by 8kgs Even I am not able to walk freely

She was stable and bed ridden from 6 months but on 2 June she again got a high bp attack and was hospitalised. Now she is getting high bp and restlessness in every ,10 min despite of giving medicines

Whats problem i am confuse my back pain not treated whats reason of back pain i treated last 2 month
