Brain and Spine Problems

I am male 31 year. From last 3-4 months my Brian started behaving differently..I can talk to people, can drive but in most of the moment I feel like I am not present however I am doing everything threw my subconscious mind (I guess). Sometimes feel headic too. Not sure whom to concern about it

Severe pain in right leg for last 4months due to suspected vericose. No treatment including homeopathy successful. Now even pain killers not working.

All medicines started n pysiotherapy also... plz suggest me ... if u want i submit her reports n precription

For two days top of tongue is numb,today it's gone to left side of face,can't whistle or drink properly. Also eyes feel like they are trying to cross. Mild headache that wont go away with pills.

I had an cervical problem due to which i am unable to work day before yes i had an MRI in colored MRI some minor blood spot are showing as doctor says so i want to know about this

I'm a diabetic patient . From last few months I have a severe pain on my hands between shoulder and biceps .. I can't raise my hands propeprly. X-ray reports shows my bones are ok. I even consulted physiotherapist and took a one month course .. but this doesn't proved to be beneficial.. what should I do now ? I'm 60+ age and has blood pressure also
