Brain and Spine Problems

My Lumbar spine MRI shows disc bulge,infection and symptoms of Tuberculosis.Now, which test is suitable to find out if i have TB or not?

I've got dizziness with shaking of hands. I feel the movement of fluid inside my head and it is always heavy and aching, many at times accompanied by nausea. The head and legs are swollen throughout. Also the neck and back are aching if I sit upright. All these seem to get reduced on lying down.

I have been having issue with migraine for more than 3 years now. My local doctor had suggested that my trigger was due to hear and had suggested Flunarin 10 tablets daily. It has however not helped. I would like to know if any medication is available and also the medication to take during a migraine attack, as normal painkillers dont seem to work

9 months before I suffered from slip disc n I went to see a orthopaedic he told me to go for an X-ray n gave me paracetamol with tramadol n some macobalamin and it worked great but again I m on the same condition I can't bent high pain in sciatic nerve but now I am confuse which doctor I should consult now a neurologist or orthopaedic cos some says got for neurologist as u already consulted the ortho please sir suggest me where I should go for a time being I'm taking the same medicine to get relief from pain
