A nerve pain from left lower back and running down to the leg and side of the calf , pain is wiser when I get up from sleep in the morning , slowly it becomes better

What you have described seems like SCIATICA. There are many causes for Sciatica,  from simple muscle sprain or spasm to disc bulge causing nerve compression.

Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest.
