Had a subarachnoid hemorrhage stroke
I've been having headaches for years and I was told I had white matter on the brain and in may I had a stroke. Could these two be related at all

Usually no. If they have done an MRI to identify the stroke then they may have done an MRI angiography at the same time to rule out sources of subarachnoid bleeds. If that is clear then it is usually not the cause.
