Due to high blood pressure mother had subarachnoid haemorrhage because of which she had to undergo craniotomy with clipping and tracheotomy after which she had two more coronary artery aneurysms and she had to undergo craniotomy. Currently she is in semi-coma stage. From past 11 month she is completely bed ridden. We need to go for the second operation for which the skull needs to be replaced which was done through craniotomy. I need the suggestion to go further on this and in which hospital is good to go with this process and the best neurosurgeon.

Your mother had undergone a stormy course from a very serious illness. I am sure that your doctor and his team would have done great efforts. It would be absolutely fine to get the skull defect replaced by the same surgeon. But in case you wish to change the surgeon for any reason, you can take second opinion. The cranioplasty surgery should not be a major technical difficulty and can be well managed at most if the hospitals.
But you should be clear that this surgery is meant to restore the skull defect and may nit have any benefit in her neurological condition
