Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having constant headache for the past 5 years. I met with an accident recently and got spinal injuries. I have been on medications for both spine and headache. Recently all of a sudden my teeth started crushing and I lost four tooth in two days time as it got crushed all by itself.

I am suffering from hair loss problem since last ten years...... Hv reached W baldness...... Age 33 male....

Can someone please tell me the name of the medicine denoted by the * (star) and underlined.. it's a tablet I could read but can't get to spell the name of the tablet.. I asked my nearby pharmacy stores.. even they cannot figure it out. If anyone can help me out, I will be really thankful. Thank you.

There is cloting in front of wrist due to which there is lots of swelling in all 5 fingers and palm and also very bad pain in full right hand

My wife is having syncope where she looses her temporary state of consciousness and is in different state of mind and return to normal in short span of time.During this state she is very worried and there is lot of fear within her crying for help.this is happening to her in every 2 months and continuous for 3-4days.need your help and guidance.

My frnd had accident 5 years ago,skull was cracked 0.05 mm and after that blur vision ,,hearing problem . had a paralysis attack for few minutes . now he is completely fine . does his life expectancy is short now? I have been having nerve pinching pain which happens for a very short time upon forward bending. I feel completely okay when i walk normally. I have experienced similar pain around left side lower back last year.the pain went down further to the left leg.The diagnosis last year was sciatica. doctor prescribed medicines for nerve pain and exercises.
