Getting nervous and getting cramp
From few weeks I am not feeling well, I am always being surrounded by fear and when it happens I cannot concentrate on work at office my hand palm begin to get wet and I feel faintness and always I feel like that I am going to fall down . sometimes my muscle between lungs and abdomen begin to get cramp from inside and I always feels uneasy
