  4. Writers cramp. As possible. plz help me!

Iam suffering from writers cramp about 1 year.i cant write or draw well....it is starting with difficalty in writing only.but nowadays it affected my brushing make up etc...i am feeling very nervous about my examinations.please suggest a good treatment as far as possible.plzz help me
