I hv been having headache problem since 7 days also hvng cough n cold ..headche strt like one eye nerve is paining so much cant tolerate the pain so hv cinarest medicine..kindly suggest ny remedy

You can take a tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days.
Take steam inhalation thrice a day.
Tab. Dolo 650 twice a day.
You should feel better, if it still persists, get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
