Brain and Spine Problems

IS THERE ANY SUBSTITUTE FOR GABAPRIME-TRIO? I was prescribed this medicine along with 2 painkillers and nurokind LC for neck and hand related pain problems.

I am having pain in my lower back since 2 months. From last 2 days there is numbness in outer parts of left leg. Continuous tingling is there. Same numbness occurred in my right arm 2 years back but Ok now. However sometime right arm get numbed on its outer part with last 2 fingers of right hand. There is slight pain in shoulders also. I am having siiting job all the day. Kindly advise.

Hi I have tried many medicines and many neurologist as well as homeopathy and ayurveda Nothing helped Until my doc recommended Sibelium 10MG I was taking 1 tablet every night and it has been helping a lot. Can I take it safely without side effects everyday? Cannot connect to my doc during lockdown. Please suggest. Symptoms are - pounding pain, sensitivity to light, sound and smell, nausea, vomiting and dizzy feeling. Lasts for 3-4 days SOS - HeadSet taking whenever unbearable Paracetamol and ibuprofen doesn't help at all. Please suggest. Frequency of migraine attack - once every week without Sibelium 10mg

Hello sir, I have been having a medication of anxiety and gastro pantoprazole etc and now I feel like my leg nerves are getting weak and my body too and my eyes is always sleepy but I don't wanna fall asleep and in the morning I have a chest pain and in the night I fall asleep very tiredly when I'm not tired. And so I don't know what symptoms is this exactly and I consume alcohol and nicotine for 12 years but I finally stopped it and its been 3 months by now. And I consulted psychaitrist and Gastro doctor but its not helping me. Please help me out I'm worried. Thank you

62/F,slurred speech with BP 160/100mmhg(new onset) no LOC, no weakness,no facial palsy,started on antihypertensives BP came under control in 2 days did NCCT after 6 days of onset which is normal, meanwhile started on aspirin 150mg, slurring decreased, did MRI to rule out posterior circulatory stroke after 20 days which is normal, now aspirin dose reduced to 75 mg, how long it should be continued?What might be the reason for slurred speech?

Hello.My sister has headache problem since last 2 months.her mind just round and round.is it symptom of any disease.what can I do.

From March 2020 I am feeling pressure in my head tightness in neck and jaws. I am also hearing very slight sounds in my ears. In Feb 2020 I had anxiety after that I am suffering from the above.
