Brain and Spine Problems

I am diagnosed with migraine about four months. I am taking betacap tr 40 once a day from first day of treatment  and along with betacap plus 10 for last 15 days. But for 2- 3 days I feel severe headache and pain in back side of head.For pain I took naxdom 500 , but it only give releif for 5-6 hours . Then severe headache and pain in back side of head again starts. Can I take sumatriptan(25/50 mg) for this acute headache? Please suggest me .

I was experiencing lightening like pain in right side of head for 01 year. Had bells palsy, In Dec 2019. After that I was having Pain all around face, brain and vomiting as regular. CT scan and MRI are normal. Was taking medicine For headache and had again Bells palsy in May 20. After That I am feeling that I am flying. Incordianateed body movement. Vomiting Brain not working, Freeze some time Memory loss Can't Understand can't Listen for time being

Often I get pain in my right side head around eye. its happen once in a week. its take 8-10 hour. sometime I have a felling on vomiting and my right side nose blocked as well.

Often suffers  from severe cramps on my right leg n i think due to that  sometimes i have speech problem...even get  confused...wat could b the reasons & remidies

Lower back and leg's nerves and though paining . I used renerve tab earlier.Its been so long I did not get back pain.Now again it's started

I have a clear water leak when i sleep on my right from my LEFT nostril, i have been told that can be csf leak, i need a second consult.

Accidentally one stone fall on shoulder spinal cord fractured at June 17.i will take bed rest but small pain in back side plz once check reports and give some advice to me any serious problem is there

Consulted with Orthopaedic and neurology both . Gone through MRI . MRI is ok . Got medicine and done some exercise regularly . Relief for some time , but again. And again same problem . Not cure Facing problem from last three month Pls revert
