Brain and Spine Problems

My Mom is suffering from Essential Tremors her Palm shakes randomly not constant and mostly when she gets cautious about lifting tea cup etc , she is a home maker Dr. Advised Beta blocker medicine Propanol it's been 3 weeks and I don't see any improvement. Medicine used was Inderal LA 40. What should my next step? She is Diabetic too with HB1Ac of 7.1 and taking half glimprix metformin of 500 mg twice a day.

I have Epilepsy problems and I got seizures 7 times in 8 years. I consult neurologist and prescribed me medicine valprol cr 600 and frisium 10. But i get seizures 20 days ago. But i seen some problems from last few days 1. Chakkar ana for 3-4 sec 2. Unnecessary Instant movement of legs and hand 3. Mood swings

My mother is having pain in hips and leg area, we tried couple of doctors but none of the treatment seem to be working. Did MRI as well and doc suggested that one port of spinal cord is not on position and gap is too low between cord and viens. I'm trying to seek a second opinion. Please suggest

Need help on curing this sounds coming from ear. Since last 3.5months this is there but it came to notice now and is really hard to tolerate. All day sounds coming from ear and also getting headache sometimes due to this. Consulted with ENT and done Audiometry Test and the result was..Mild Hearing Loss in Right Ear. After taking prescribed medication, sounds started to come in Left Ear Also. Medicine : Tinnicar & Cognix Plus.

Hello, I am 32 year male with weight of 76. And BP is normal. I am getting mild headache sometimes on scalp feeling like burning and sometimes I feel like tight band around head like some kind of stiffness in the head and neck. If I bend the neck or rotate  I feel some kind of stiffness and headache near forehead, back and sides also near eyes. It is not severe pain but mild and moderate sometimes. Sometimes it is normal and sometimes I feel this. One doctor said it is heatwave headache and especially in summer I suffered a lot. And suggested to take enough fluids and it got reduced. And still sometimes I am feeling this. If I sleep I am feeling better. Today I worked in home and had lunch very late and started feeling tightness or stiffness in head and neck. Please let me your suggestions.

Hi, am having numbness n pain in both hands since Jan 2020,, pain increases in night. I started getting muscle fasciculation in different parts of the body from march. I also feel internal Vibration kind in my feet sometimes.. My NCS is normal, brain MRI is normal, in spine mri, it says degeneration of disc n disc bulge compressing nerve at c3 c4 to c5 c6 and in L4 L5  it says disc dessication, difuse disc bulge, mild compression over bilateral existing nerve roots.. Presently am on gabapin nt 400 and prothiaden 25mg and catchnil tabs.. I have consulted 2 neurologist and both say nothing has happened... Am frustrated coz my symptoms are there and am told nothing has happened.. Can anyone pls pls help me to know whats the way forward.. am very much confused..

1. Neck ache appear on back bending of my head but disappeared on foreword bending. 2. Cracking sound appears on moving head. 3. Dizziness developed on morning and evening. 4. Hi. I am a diabetic patient. Fasting levels are usually between 100-130. PP are between 120-150 I also suffer from hypertension. Without pills my blood pressure is 140/100. With pills 120/80. Heart beat is always between 100-110 I have Glycomet GP 1 and Stamlo 10 in the morning after breakfast Autocor F after lunch Glycomet GP 1 and Telma 40 after dinner. I have methycobal  as a suppliment. Also Vitamin C and E. From past 1 week there is heavy tingling in my palm and feet. This has happened twice earlier, both the times around my periods. What do you suggest? I don't want to visit hospitals during Corona outburst. Please guide.

62/f ,lacunar stroke, infarct in SCWM, on aspirin 75mg since a month as prescribed by general physician, suffered from fracture shaft of humerus now..consulted orthopedician and neurophysician yesterday, she has prescribed tab piranulin by neurophysician for stroke... Can she start using the tablet, or stop it for the time being as she suffered a fracture and she will be posted for surgery in 3 days,When is it safe to start using piranulin?

Hi,i m feeling pain in liver area during pushing and pressing...i hve done endoscopy but results came Normal,ct scan also appeared normal, doctor prescribed me pregaba M for neuropathy pain,is it ok?coz it make me feel drowsiness and  sometime make me uncomfortable, and plz also advise about how long to take it safely?,is there neuropathy pain happen in liver area or not??? Plz advise thankyou!!
