Brain and Spine Problems

My mother is pure veg with v12 deficiency, is vibrania cap soft gel non veg capsule or synthetic soft gel capsule

I feel a strong pain in my back of head continues for 5-6 days all time, and neck also... I feel numbness in my foot,leg after bath. I feel my stool are not happen properly... Feel tired..

Recently got married in dec 2019 start and after 15 days of marriage my wife got fits and since then she got around 5 fits as mentiond dates below. 17th dec 23 dec 14feb 16april 22april Kindly advise on further. Is that can start anytime as she told taht she started now with this issue not in past. We r going through some treatment since her first fit taht come around 17 dec but its fits still coming while medicine r going on.

While I scratch my head I keep noticing small pimple like lumps on my head (4-5) since last 1 year...I generally scratch them away..they are mostly dry and doesn't pain too much...is this a cause of concern ?

I have weakness,always tiredness,when i get angery or happyness my body is shaking,i can't lift weight object even i can't lift my bike to put stand it .i am not addicted to anything,how to overcome this condtion please help me

Two months ago, I hurt my neck while doing Sirasasana yoga (Headstand), which caused severe pain on the right side of my neck. Then it gradually got reduced and I came out of the pain completely in 3 weeks. Then I stopped doing rigourous physical activities including headstand. After almost a month of recovery, I got the same pain out of nowhere in the same region but now the pain is radiating into my right arm. Its been two days since it started. Do I have to worry about the pain or will it recover on its own like the previous one?

When I have my elbow bent for long periods, my ring finger and pinkie finger along with my hand and forearm go numb. The numbness stays all day. Happening for the past week. Is it cubital tunnel syndrome? What can I do to relieve it?

1) Continuous pain in the back of the head for 4-5  days, 2) sometimes nausea but no vomiting, 3) feel numbness in the legs,feet and calf muscle after bath everyday.

Hi Sir/Ma'am, Actually i am facing some metal issue like anxiety and stress last 20 days and even i am getting proper sleep almost 7-8 hour's without any problem. But i seen that my hair are getting whites. And feeling headech some times. And getting sensation in my head and that place only hair is getting white and getting hair pain.I am very upset. Would you please suggest me what precaution should i take. And why its happening with me.it never happen before. Thanks & regards Sitaram Verma

He has pain in left hand and hand not able to make feast and cant hold properly things,earlier he had pain in sometimes in shoulder, arm and hand generally at night. Currently He is having multi vitamins and some nerves medicine. And ealier he had 5 injections too but we dont what injections were those. But he didnt find any effect. Pls suggest
