Brain and Spine Problems

I urinate times a day, after urinating I feel thirsty, I have done by sugar test bladder scanning but everything seems to be normal,this is happening for past 10 years, can anyone suggest me why am I urinating so frequent

My father is Feeling pain from two-three days from leg to thigh on left leg.. while walking the pain will become more & feeling like viens pain..!

Today I felt complete dizziness and fatigue like my mind is not working and I have lost my ability to think and felt a lot light headed don't know why even after sleeping full 8 and half hours but the moment I drank water I started feeling good and soon I drank one more glass and I was back normal but still feeling some vibrations in my mind what is it ?may be a low bp ?

My MRI report is normal...I also consultant many Neurology doctor Still not getting relief...Most of days I feel headache...plz help me for right treatment

My hands are becoming numb even if I do a little work like using phone, sleeping on hand and also having neck pain this is going if I take rest why is this happening
