Brain and Spine Problems

I have tinnitus ringing in ear problem 3 months and I have dizziness spinning problem. Doctor please prescribe some medicine for this problem. Help me out come from this.

CT scan report is mentioned above...and my mom is conscious even talk and walk.Blood pressure sometimes goes around 180/110.Currently I am under doctor surveillance they are providing drugs mention below. 1.Minnitol 2.perindopril erbumine & Amlodipine besilate tablates 3.Citicoline Injection 4.Plain water N.S and two more injection one for vitamine and other I don't know And my question are mentioned below. 1.Is my patient is out of danger or not. 2.What is her recovery rate. 3.Is clots in brain dissolve itself or not.

Hello doctor, My head feels heavy most of the day like there is some pressure on my head, forehead, cheeks, eyes and all this causes a lot of irritation to me. This all started 3 months ago due to this i cannot focus on anything I can't remember things I don't feel like to talk to anyone this is majorly affecting my quality of life. Hii , I  m Feeling pain in the right region down the liver area, doctor prescribed me to take zenoxa 300 mg twice a day...is it good for nerve pain...? kindly advise...

I get sinus Induced migraine either in left or righter side. It occurs 2-3 times a month. Not more than that. I take Dart Tablets for pain relief. I read Dart isn't safer to take on a longer run. What is the safer tablet which I can have twice in a month when the headache occurs ?

I have been feeling anything unknown in my mind. It is something which can't be explained but a little dizziness and sometime pain in my neck. A have constipation issue but now days it is fine but sudden gas related issues are there in body. I have been facing it since one month. One day I was sleeping in afternoon and I got up with circular head or dizziness. I took medicine for vertigo but it is still happening. I have no headache but a very different kind of heaviness which is never relates which can't be felt by my body. I have no idea why it is happening but it is not in my control . Some times it goes away in a day but it comes back. I feel good in sunlight and little issue with tubelight. Please help Thanks

Recently I have diagnosed with vestibular migraine. Now I am taking betacap tr 40 once a day and tryptomer 10 once a day for 25 days. But no significant improvement is seen. How much time taken to control this vestibular migraine?

Neck pain continuing with backside headache... Almost from 20 days it's going on... I have sight and I visited eye specialist sight got doubled from before changed my spectacle... But no change that neck pain continuing with head ache Is still going on...
