Help in identifying cause of Dizziness
Hello Dr, My mother has been suffering from Spondylitis since November 2018. In that meanwhile since November 2018 she fell down from a table, suffered from high sugar and high blood pressure and got operated for cataract uptil May 2020. In May 2020, her dizziness and giddiness worsened like hell and one of the Dr detected a heartblock. We immediately got her operated for a heartblock with pacemaker. Ever the Pacemaker surgery her dizziness and giddiness hasn't been there like before but it is still an irritating ailment. For the Dizziness and Giddiness we have consulted an Neurophsician , a neurosurgeon and two ENTs. They have diagnosed her for benign parosyxsmal positional vertigo, and also for migraine induced Vertigo. She has done physiotherapy and manoeuvres like Epleys Procedure and also undergone an vertigo test which detected migraine induced Vertigo. She has taken medicines such as Stugeron, Rejunex, Ecospirin, Sibellium, Stemedil, Dilligen ,Ignicar Syrup, Clopitab. Pls Help!
