Brain and Spine Problems

Sir I am having internal mild tremors since March 2020 having internal vibration in left side of head n sometimes in lower back ...mostly feeling lasting for few seconds multiple times in a day simultaneously felt in head lower back it's like a vibrating machine used by salon over our head shown to neurologist.. did b12 t3 t4 n tsh d3 test all results normal except d3 levels advised following medicine 1. Inderal 20 mg twice 2. Mag, d3 tayo6000, absolute 3G , evion 400 feeling relieved entire day except during first 4  in morning rest all time the vibration becomes very very mild n bearable no external movement seen otherwise fit bp n sugar within limits exercising regularly what shall I do for morning hrs?...having cervicle spondylosis since 2014 cv3 to CV 7 n lumbar L4 L5 n L5 S1 ...doing regular yoga n  isometric  exercises ...keeping myself free of neck stiffness n pain .keeping posture correct ..recently advised to take clanozepam .25 mg n escitaloprám 5 mg before bed...

Dear doctors, I have received rabies vaccine ,completed the course 3 weeks ago, now I am feeling weird sensation in my left leg, sometimes minor pain. I have read about gbs... though there r no any other symptom but still I m bothered as it is very dangerous autoimmune diseases...nd I HaVe read that it can be triggered by vaccination...kindly guide...

I feel pain in head while speaking loud or in angry mode in high pitch tone or while arguing..  more i speak like that, more pain i feel in head.. after 1 or 2 days calmness or less speaking, pain gradually remove.. whats this problem? which test i required to ascertain exact issue? whats treatment for this ? is this serious or related to any brain tumor ? or less blood supply issue in head ?

Hello, I had previous instance of Migraine problems over 10 yrs ago. I was under medication for 2-3 months during that time and it got resolved. Now again, I am experiencing the same problem which is impacting the backside of my head. I had taken Inderal for 3 days which showed no respite and then I took Flexon which works well but I do have side effect with that medicine when I take. Kindly advise. It's been a week since I am experiencing Migraine pain Regards

I was having brain tb that treatment already finished but after work on system I feel energyless and feels no bloodflow in brain and arm at all.some time breathing issue starts.

I'm 71 year old women, recently I started noting tingling on lips and tongue. Please refer my medical conditions sugar and BP patient with medication specified. Since I'm highly allergic for few medicines not really sure what medicine to take to cure this tingling issue. Recently may be after eating Neurovion forte or otherwise my tongue got little more swell. Also itching is noticed in ear because of which can't sleep properly too. Please suggest. Kind regards

So much stress even without no reason and unknown fear all the time my face always stays anxious and sad I don't feel happy even when I try to be happy I can't concentrate everytime stressed and heartbeat increases fast😭 I just feel like cry all the time and I can't even make eye contact with people I just stay anxious it feels like something wrong will happen I don't know why it's happening

Hi doctor, I  Have lower back pain from 6 months and consulted doctor and told me to have MRI. I got it done. MRI impressions are below, just before going to him I need to take consultation in practo as I am tensed a bit. Sacralization of the fifth lumbar vertebra L4 L5 disc annular bulge with super added shallow broad based centric protrusion, causing thecal compression Saggital t2 weighted screening of the whole spine otherwise c4-5 c5-6 c6-c7;disc protusions, variably impressing the anterior thecal segment Please suggest me for this problem

Why do I have headache if I skip the meals ? then it gets severe and after vomiting only i feel instantly better.

Please tell is their any relation between eye floaters and migrain with visiual aura? how the zigzag path and aome other lines occired everyday in eye ? what I do to avoid it?
