Hi, i have some sudden pain or clutches in my left arm which go away after some time .what can it be ?

Actually whenever I solve questions in exam, I feel full headness or blank or confusion, I don't know why is happening, suddenly so much pressure comes, other times it won't come Actually I am in medical field only, I tried every yoga, foods but nothing happens Please recommend best treatment for this

In past 3 years sometimes he talk loudly himself And whenever we ask something He said nothing. I think he also didn't know what he says. My friend father and mother relationship is not good also. I am worried about is this any mental illness or anything else. He is driver as a profession from last 40years and now he is in home. Which specialist is good for him.

I am aware of nose,i.e i am seeing my nose,i want to forgot about and focus on what ever i do.will hypnothesis can make forgot & thought of nose awareness.

What does the report below mean and is it treatable and will my father will be fine MRI STUDY OF CERVICAL SPINE WITH SCREENING OF WHOLE SPINE REPORT CAME AS: Study reveals central & bilatetal paracentral disc herniation with possible left paracentral extrusion at C6- C7 level causing thecal compression and left emerging nerve root impingement. Central and bilateral paracentral disc protusions are noted at C5- C6 and C7- D1 levels causing thecal compression and bilateral foraminal encroachment. Small central and bilateral paracentral disc protrusions are noted at C3- C4 and C4- C5 levels causing mild thecal indentation

I was diagnosed with low level of in around Feb and was 8.36 ng/ml after that I started taking medicine supracolpro plus and sunrise 60 k while in March I had reduce treamors n joint pain I started feeling momentary  numbness in certain body like leg hands , burning of palm and feet and bubbling so I consulted another doctor whose advice me to take trinerve lc also twice daily. I was continuing this dose till now i.e trinerve lc (twice ) daily +supracolpro plus once daily + surise 60/weekly and also evion lc daily twice since treamors r still there mild I decided to get test done for folate,b12,D3 ferritin as doctor prescribed and following are the outcome. Folate- >20ng/mL ,b12- 1115 pg/ml ,D3 -96.3 ng/ml , ferritin - 51.3 ng/ml. Note- I was on continuous medication in all this month , should the above value are worrying please advise . Note - I am still feeling treamors n stress in my left keen n calf muscle . NOTE- I HAVE CEREBRAL PALSY BY BIRTH

Hand leg stomach muscle and joints are pinching pain and weakness sometimes. One month before I was consult a doctor for head shaking and he prescribed pregator medicine. Is this any reason.
