Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Doctor, I am getting one side migraine frequently, in a week I am getting it for 3 days. What might be the reason for it nd how to avoid it

When I am walking I feel that floor or road below me is moving or swaying. Also cars and building around me feel like they are moving backwards or coming towards me slowly as I move towards them. When I look at things, sometimes things in peripheral vision seem to be moving a little but they are not. Everything feels wierd which is causing lot of worry. This is happening for around 2 months. Some days are worst some are better. Could you please suggest what it could be?

Sir, Iam suffering from sharp nerve pain on scalp while lying down on bed nerves are pulling on scalp daily iam suffering severe sharp pain on scalp while lying.
