Brain and Spine Problems

Hi I am Anu I am suffering from migrain pain from last 5 years. I take a tablet naxdom 250 and pan 40. But at present I am not able to sleep regularly in night. My mental condition is not correct According to me. Some tentions, family problems, so I can't sleep. Also i notice that in some days I am suffering from hair fall. So please suggest me your opinion

My last two fingers of feet got numbed and started paining now. I am taking methylcobalamine an pregabalin and nortiphylline half tablet once a day but still my nerve pain gone down and numbness also.please suggest some medicine now as pain is unbearable...iam 38 yrs old male. Shooting pain is there (zanzanahat pain )

I am feeling swelling in my Central nervous system currently from two weeks. I feel very havey head, dry skin, swelling in throat and yellow urine,pain in spinal cord. So which tests will be required to identify this problem. Pathological and other tests also.

Hello doctor, My kid fall down on his back head. On 1st Monday. He had a vomiting after 1.5 hr. So I showed him to my nearest pediatrician he told me for CT scan also told me to observe for any other symptoms and prescribed ibugesic plus and cefdot antibiotic. There after he didn't have any symptoms When we take him for CT scan he is afraid. We tried two to three times. Is there need of CT scan. How to make CT scan What precautions we need to take

Since 2month I have radiating pain across whole body... Stiffness and numbness in toe n feet.. Doc write some test like haemoglobin, creatinine, cbt, thyroid, uric acid all came normal... recently I m on medication(sertaline 50,pregabaline) of anxiety now it's been going to 30days of medication... But since last couple of days I feel pain again...plz tell physical symptoms of anxiety?? Is it anxiety or something else??

Everyday sleep but wake up tired and feel sleepy during entire day. See dream everyday which make me more difficult to sound sleep.plz help

Dear docs, about 2 weeks ago, I was sitting in my office and pain in the back side of my lower leg began, after that m feeling a weird sensations , mild pain and abnormal things in my left leg, occasionally I feel it in my right leg or arm too..I am very worried from 2 weeks..now m feeling very anxietic. What to do?

Age 47, male, weight 75 Current Medication - hypertension I am facing issue with my right hand fingers i.e.little numbness or tingling in fingers, mainly in morning. Rarely i might feel throughout day. I lost my weight by 15 kg since Feb 2020 with proper diet and 1 hour walking. I use to feel this issue before Feb 2020 too for 1-2 months, but it was almost stopped in first week of June 2020. Now since 10 days, i started feeling this issue again. Our doctor prescribed Gabapin NT 400mg tablet and Rejunex Plus capsule for 10 days in morning before food. No test performed so far. Kindly advise what could be the reasons of such issue and also advise on prescribed medication.
