Brain and Spine Problems

I am seeking medical advice for my younger brother who started fainting from last February , though he has no previous medical history in this regard .This incident happened thrice in this year . In midst of lockdown , we are nt able to book an appointment with any physician. Please suggest.

It's been 12 years he is having pain in waist 10 years ago he did MRI of Lumbosacral spine and he took the precautions according to consulted by doctors for some period like sitting positions etc. but after some time when the he didn't followed the started the normal routine and hence the pain started again in waist as well as in leg and now he has joint pain too.

Is stugenol 25mg and stugeron 25mg are same.doctor adviced me stugenol 25mg ...please give me advice ...little confused

My mother was having massive head ache and continues dizziness after taking stugeron prescribed by doctor ,she is feeling quite good now,but I wanna know that is there any big problem she is having except cervical like any spine problem or something else, should I take her to orthopedist ?

Hi. I am a diabetic patient. I take glycomet gp 1 twice a day My HBA1C as on 24th July is 7.3 Average sugar is 162 Fasting is 119 PP 201 BP after taking telma 40 and stamlo 5 is constant at 120/80 Cholesterol is 225. I take Autocor F for it There is heavy tingling in my palm right after I wake up. Sometimes I feel light tingling throughout the day. Please assist

I suffer from cervical spondylosis from many years but 2 days back I had applied mehendi in head and then my headache has started a lot and from few days I have neck pain,back pain very much and I have a problem of restless legs also.am I suffering from migraine or this cervical spondylosis causing me this headache.

I has CVST. So I am taking blood thinner tablet. after taking warf for 3 weeks  I have switched from warf  5 mg to pradaxa 150 . Which blood thinner is better and what precautions can taken while using pradaxa? Is there any  test can be done to avoid bleeding problem?
