Brain and Spine Problems

Doctors gave me sodium valproate, fluxtine hcl, clobazam, olanzapine, Levera 500mg,nurokind next Naisd,pain killers and many other antidiprasants but no result.

Sometimes the patient feels pungent smell like fish and a severe pain in head for few seconds. That time the patient forget everything for 5 to 20min. It occurs almost every month one to three times. In starting it occurs only once in a month. Sir please suggest what this disease is called? And cures for it.

My freind got scratch with dog teeth 2.5 year ago...no bite ... no blood flown...at that time he dont take vaccine... After that he is animal lover so scratch with nails and teeth happens but not bite which do blood flown. Now he has fear that he get infected with rabies?? He is in fear please help me Sholud he get vaccine now?? Is it possible after 2.5 year he get rabbies and is it possible without blood flown bite rabies infected to human??

I am Kapil kumar, l4l5 micro distectomy surgery held In March, 2020.after surgery 2 month later pain in both leg and back and numbness and jalan rehthe hai. After surgery mri hai ye.

From past one week, after I wake up from the sleep. I am getting headache on the right side. This is happening in the morning as well in the day time after waking up. This pain lasts for approx 30 mins. Else I don't find any issues after 30 mins. Any suggestions from the doctors on what should I do. Regards.

I have head spin from long time almost 7-8 days. I took medicine also but didn't get improvements. Earlier i have shown to one doctor he wrote some medicine, i took it was ok for some days but after some days i feeling head spin and little head ache and head heavyness.. i have attached the earlier doctor report.
