Brain and Spine Problems

My doctor has prescribed me rivotril .5mg 1-1,& dothip25 0-1.;to treat restless legs syndrome. I consume green coffee 2 times a day (morning & evening). Is it ok to do so, or does it interact with the above medicine, and reduce their efficacy. Thank you.

I feel my memory power is getting reduced. Is it because of thyroid? I have concentration problem. I tend to forget things easily. How to increase memory power? How to get great IQ level. Which diet to take?

Hello doctor, My head feels heavy most of the day like there is some pressure on my head, forehead, cheeks, eyes and all this causes a lot of irritation to me. This all started 3 months ago due to this i cannot focus on anything I can't remember things I don't feel like to talk to anyone this is majorly affecting my quality of life. I get sinus Induced migraine either in left or righter side. It occurs 2-3 times a month. Not more than that. I take Dart Tablets for pain relief. I read Dart isn't safer to take on a longer run. What is the safer tablet which I can have twice in a month when the headache occurs ?

I have been feeling anything unknown in my mind. It is something which can't be explained but a little dizziness and sometime pain in my neck. A have constipation issue but now days it is fine but sudden gas related issues are there in body. I have been facing it since one month. One day I was sleeping in afternoon and I got up with circular head or dizziness. I took medicine for vertigo but it is still happening. I have no headache but a very different kind of heaviness which is never relates which can't be felt by my body. I have no idea why it is happening but it is not in my control .
